Guidelines to Parents

  • Parents and Guardiand are requested to see that their wards are provided with the necessary books and stationery.
  • Occasional reports are given by teachers in the colomns market Teacher's Observations in this hand book, Parents are requested to sign them as a proof that they have read them.
  • Guardians are also requested to sign The Progress Report Cards or similar other documents of their wards when sent to them through their wards or otherwise.
  • Guardians are also requested not to meet any teacher or their wards in school time and to call them on the telephone either.
  • Guardians are requested to meet the Principal between 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or by fixing the appointment.
  • Guardians are requested to see that their wards wear a prescribed uniform everyday. They should ensure that their wards reach the school only 5 to 10 minutes before the start of the school timings.
  • Guardians should collect their wards immediately at the closee of the school. If a child misses the bus, the guardians himself will have to arrange for sending the child to school in time and th matter has to be reported to the Principal and the conducter/driver of the bus concerned so that the child may be taken home when the school closes.
  • If a child falls ill, an application duly signed by the parent/guardian should be sent to school when the child comes to school after recovery. If their is any infectious disease at home they should not send their wards to school till the fear of its spread-out passes off.
  • Changes in the address or telephone number should be intimated to school in writing to delay, so that an easy contact, in case of emergency, may be possible, Parent-Teacher meetings are arranged to discuss the progress of their wards, periodically.
  • Guardians are requested to avail them. They are requested not  to resort to unpleasant disscussions with the teachers concerned. They will be informed about the date and time of the parent-teacher meeting through a circular.
  • Children suffering from any infectious disease will not be permitted to attend school, untill full recovery, supported by a medical certificate.
